Appeals and Financing
If coverage has been denied upon the initial prior authorization request, you can appeal by addressing the specific reasons why your request has been denied. We will work with you to try and appeal any denial, but there are no guarantees.

When all appeals fail and insurance reimbursement is not available, patient financing is another alternative you may consider. Please ask us about available patient financing programs during the patient seminar or your office visit. We have access to a program sponsored by which may be very useful to you and may be able to suggest other means of financing to Allergan.
